The customer has the right to refund a full or part of the order amount in the following cases:
- If you do not receive the order, we will refund the full amount.
- Receiving the wrong order, we will refund the full amount.
- In case of missing items of the order, we will refund part of the order.
For refunds, please take note of the processing time and when to expect the funds to be available in your source account.
- GrabPay - within 24 hours upon successful investigation being carried out.
- Credit/Debit Card - within 2-3 working days or up to 30 calendar days depending on your bank's processing time.
