- Your order’s in the kitchen. This means that the restaurant has already started preparing your order.
- Out for delivery! This means that your delivery partner has already picked up your order from the restaurant.
If your order does not reflect the above statuses, you may be able to cancel your order if:
- Your order is still confirmed and not sent to kitchen.
- You made an schedule order.
