Why your order may be late?

The staff may need more time to accept your order.
- There are fewer drivers around you
You may have to wait longer for a driver.
- Your driver may be trying to get to you
The driver may be help up by heavy raining, closed road, peace ours or traffic jams - The restaurant is handling large orders
More time is needed to prepare your order.
If your driver doesn't seem to be moving to you, he or she could be handling multiple orders. You may call or start a chat with your driver if your order is still not here by the stated time of arrival.
